Examples for custom made exhaust

 A customer wants us to make 90mm diameter muffler for full tuned car with turbine exchanged. 1. A car should keep the clearance from the ground not to touch the silencer. 2. Separated flange should be back side as possible and should be close to the floor.  The clearance between muffler and ground was kept and could make the custom muffler with a beautiful finish. Now we are checking the power with our muffler.  After finishing the measurement of power rate and find the power gained, we will start to manufacture in mass production for the other users. If the power could not be gained, we will re-design and develop for a customer again. The design and developing fee were bear by our company and we will sell this muffler for all customers.

This customer asked us to make a new muffler which had ended the production in the other manufacture. 1. When this customer contacted us, he just wanted to make the front pipe only but after talking with him, he wanted to make single type muffler and dual type muffler to us. 2. The noise from muffler should be met with the regulation in Japan and also the exhaust efficiency should be kept as normal condition. We had tried to design so many times and finally we could make this part. The clearance between muffler and ground was kept and could make the custom muffler with a beautiful finish. Now we are checking the power with our muffler. Firstly we have started to check the pipe layout for this car and also checked the noise from the muffler and finally we could make the customized muffler for our customer. This item can’t sell to other customers because a customer paid the development cost.
