Yamato Co., Ltd is involved in developing, manufacturing and selling the silencers to prevent the noise for industrial silencer, automobile exhaust and home use silencers.

Some big plant maker had contacted to us from our web site
and we had talked about the spec of silencer for the exit part
of high pressure tank drain like fitting space (size of silencer), restrictions of usage, expected effect of noise, deliver terms
and etc and finally we could deliver for them like the right picture.

The noise from the exit of high pressure tank drain used to be 115dB and this customer was considering to adjust the exhaust volume for less noise but after fitting our industrial silencer, the noise became to 80db (reduced 35dB) and they did not need to develop the adjustable valve for exhaust.

Also we had designed for our customer usage to disassemble and clean the silencer to maintenance easily.

In recent years, the noises should be considered for the preservation of the environment, neighboring residents and noise from the factories (Noise Regulation Law). It became to be forced very sensitive issue for the industries. In this sort of environment, we would like to do the best we will be able to contribute to the society in the world market.
